Liquidators appointed for Victorian Energy Upgrades businesses, Eco Assets Manager and 0Carbon

The Essential Services Commission has been notified that two businesses involved with the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program have entered external administration and are no longer operating.

Eco Assets Manager

The commission suspended the VEU accreditation of Eco Assets Manager Pty Ltd on 26 August 2026. As a result, Eco Assets Manager is no longer permitted to undertake any activities under the VEU program.

Customers who have engaged or were in the process of engaging Eco Assets Manager for VEU program activities should contact the appointed liquidators at esun@bandtadvisory.com.au(opens in a new window).

0Carbon

0Carbon is no longer accredited under the VEU program, as its VEU accreditation expired in May 2026 and it did not renew its accreditation.

Customers who have engaged or were in the process of engaging 0Carbon for VEU program activities should contact the appointed liquidators at bjones@hogansprowles.com.au(opens in a new window).

The commission is monitoring the situation for both businesses and may take further action.
